Looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with a solid Mechanical Engineering/technical background and proven experience in B2B industrial sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customers, and driving sales of industrial machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new B2B leads and develop business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Identify potential customers and conduct regular client visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
Coordinate with technical and service teams for smooth execution of orders.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and after-sales requirements.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain sales reports, customer records, and regular follow-ups.
Travel to customer locations as required for business development and sales activities.
Product / Industry Knowledge Experience or knowledge in the following products will be an advantage:
CNC Laser Cutting Machines
CNC Plasma Cutting Machines
Roll Forming Machines
CNC Cutting & Welding Machines
Industrial Metal Fabrication and Automation Machinery
Candidate Profile
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
3–4 years of experience in B2B Industrial/Technical Sales.
Strong knowledge of mechanical/industrial products and applications.
Positive understanding of the industrial machinery and metal fabrication sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Confident in making customer visits and developing current business.
Target-oriented with a robust focus on sales conversion and customer relationships.
Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings.
