Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the team conducting customer KYC audits, including V-CIP and digital verification.
Allocate audit tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Review audit findings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
Identify process gaps, discrepancies, potential fraud indicators, and compliance risks.
Prepare and review audit reports, highlighting observations and corrective actions.
Provide guidance and training to team members to improve audit quality and productivity.
Coordinate with Compliance and Risk teams to resolve audit-related issues.
Ensure adherence to internal procedures and applicable RBI KYC/AML guidelines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
