About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and support the company's digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of social media trends, content planning, audience engagement, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
Develop monthly social media content calendars aligned with the company's marketing goals.
Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activities to improve reach and engagement.
Coordinate with the design and content teams to create creative and impactful marketing materials.
Monitor social media performance, track engagement metrics, and prepare regular performance reports.
Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries to improve engagement.




Support digital marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
Positive understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of content creation, copywriting, and social media analytics.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools is preferred.
Creative thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of reels, short-form video content, and current social media trends is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate A proactive and creative individual who understands social media trends, enjoys creating engaging content, and can help strengthen the company's online presence and brand identity. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
