Job Title: TGT English Teacher

Job Type: Full time

Tapovan Vidhyalay is looking for a qualified, dedicated, and enthusiastic TGT English Teacher to teach English at the middle and secondary levels. The ideal candidate should have solid English language skills, effective classroom management abilities, and a passion for improving students' communication, reading, writing, and critical-thinking skills in accordance with CBSE guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Teach English to students of Classes VI–X as per the CBSE curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and competency-based assessments.
Develop students' reading comprehension, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and spoken English skills.
Implement interactive, student-centred, and activity-based teaching methodologies.
Assess student performance, maintain academic records, and provide constructive feedback.




Support students with different learning needs and encourage critical thinking and creativity.
Participate in school activities, parent-teacher meetings, departmental meetings, and teacher training programmes.
Integrate NEP 2020 and competency-based learning approaches into classroom teaching.

Eligibility and Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in English.
B.Ed. is mandatory.
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience preferred, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable classroom management, lesson-planning, and assessment skills.
Familiarity with CBSE curriculum, competency-based education, and digital teaching tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
