About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Branch Sales Manager to drive business growth across Pan India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Home Loans and LAP, along with solid customer acquisition, team management, and distribution channel development skills.

Key Responsibilities
Drive branch-level sales and business development for Home Loans and LAP.
Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve business targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and other distribution partners.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Monitor the sales pipeline, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement targets.
Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.




Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the loan cycle.
Track team performance and provide guidance to achieve business objectives.
Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and channel partners.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Home Loans and LAP.
Prior experience in a Branch Sales Manager, Team Leader, or similar sales leadership role.
Strong knowledge of housing finance products and lending processes.
Experience in managing sales teams and achieving branch targets.
Positive understanding of local customer segments and markets.
Robust communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Graduate in any discipline.
