We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Recruitment to lead our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, experience in staffing/recruitment, and the ability to achieve hiring targets while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
Assign job requirements and monitor recruiters' performance.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients and positions.
Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide regular updates.
Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality candidates.
Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS reports and daily hiring trackers.
Monitor recruiter productivity and implement strategies to improve performance.
Ensure a smooth interview, selection, and onboarding process.
Maintain high standards of candidate experience and client satisfaction.
