Key Responsibilities
Supervise workers and allocate daily tasks according to operational requirements.
Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned targets.
Maintain worker discipline, attendance, punctuality, and productivity.
Coordinate with the Production Supervisor regarding daily work plans and operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company safety rules and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Monitor work quality and coordinate with the Quality Department to resolve defects.
eEnsure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and quipment.
Report machine breakdowns, material shortages, quality issues, and production delays.
Maintain daily operational records and submit work progress reports to management.
Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the assigned work area.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or operations preferred.
Experience in handling workers and supervising daily activities.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and workplace safety.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a team and meet daily deadlines.
Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
ITI or Diploma holders with relevant experience will be preferred.
