Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to international customers and prospective leads.
Promote Shaadi.com’s premium membership plans and subscription services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable membership plans.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.
Build robust customer relationships through effective communication and convincing skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales.
Recent international process experience is mandatory.
Candidates must have relevant sales experience; customer support-only experience will not be considered.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Immediate joiners preferred.
