Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team.
Manage inventory, stock levels, stock allocation, and material availability.
Oversee material checking and dispatch.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory and store operations.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing unit.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Konkani.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
