Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer enquiries and make outbound sales calls.
Promote and sell travel products, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, domestic and international tours, and other travel services.
Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and convert enquiries into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide a qualified customer experience.
Requirements
Target-oriented with valuable communication and convincing skills.
A proven sales track record is preferred for experienced candidates.
Positive attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Prior experience in telecalling, travel sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
