REEF Women & Children’s Hospital is a specialty hospital in Chennai offering obstetrics, fertility, gynaecology, laparoscopic surgery and paediatric care.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp enquiries about consultations, services and packages
Book, confirm and reschedule appointments with doctors
Make follow-up calls for antenatal visits, scans, vaccinations and post-delivery check-ups
Call back leads from the website, social media and Google
Maintain patient call records and update the CRM/Excel daily
Collect patient feedback and handle basic complaints courteously

Requirements
Fluent in Tamil and English (Hindi/Telugu is a plus)
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service or front office.



Hospital experience is preferred, and freshers are welcome.
Pleasant phone manner, patience and empathy, especially with pregnant women and parents
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business)
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / any graduate
Must maintain patient confidentiality
