Maintain accurate stock records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
Monitor stock levels and ensure minimum and maximum inventory limits are maintained.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Identify slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, and obsolete stock.
Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO, wherever applicable.
Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and other relevant documents.
Ensure proper inspection, counting, and recording of received materials.
Prepare material issue slips, stock transfer records, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.
Ensure materials are issued only against authorized requests.
Coordinate timely dispatch of materials to customers, production units, or other locations.
