Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shahdol at the New Holland Tractor Showroom. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their requirements, demonstrating tractor features, and guiding buyers through product selection and purchase processes. Daily responsibilities include managing sales inquiries, maintaining product displays, coordinating test drives, and supporting after-sales service follow-up.

The role also requires maintaining accurate records of sales activities, collaborating with team members on promotions, and providing basic training and consultations to customers on the use and maintenance of tractor equipment.



The position calls for consistent on-site presence, qualified interaction with visitors, and support for showroom operations as needed.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including customer engagement, negotiation, and closing deals.
Candidates should possess Consulting and Training skills to advise customers on product selection and provide basic equipment usage guidance.
Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to understand customer needs, assess market trends, and support data-driven decisions.
Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities to coordinate local promotions, events, and showroom initiatives.
Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with agricultural machinery, effective communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and prior experience in retail or field sales.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree or diploma in agriculture, business, or a related field is an advantage.
Ability to work in office in Shahdol, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with showroom staff.
