Job Responsibilities of a Telecaller Executive
Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads.
Explain company products, services, and real estate projects clearly.
Understand customer needs, budget, and requirements.
Generate qualified leads and identify interested customers.
Schedule home appointments and property site visits.
Follow up regularly with interested customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain customer information, call records, and follow-up details.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to arrange customer meetings and site visits.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Update lead status and daily performance reports to the team leader.
Build positive customer relationships and support the sales team in converting leads into bookings.

Key Skills Required: Positive Tamil communication, basic English, confidence, persuasion, patience, and a target-oriented attitude. Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
