We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Manager (Collection Specialist) to manage end-to-end medical billing, collections, and revenue cycle activities for our UK healthcare clients. The role combines accurate invoicing, proactive debt recovery, and patient/insurer communication, with strict adherence to UK healthcare billing.

Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance claims and patient queries
Provide customer service to patients, addressing their concerns and queries professionally.
Verify patient insurance eligibility, policy coverage, and advantages.
Ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally.
Analyze and resolve complex insurance-related issues.
Generate & Send accurate invoice to patients , insurance companies.
Identify & resolve billing discrepencies

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in medical billing, RCM, or collections for international (preferably UK) healthcare clients preferred.
Solid communication skills (voice inbound/outbound and emails).
Comfortable working in UK shift hours.
Minimum 1+ year of international collections experience (US, UK) is required
Proficiency in MS Office
