Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through inbound voice calls for the Australian process.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
Maintain qualified communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while adhering to process guidelines.




Maintain quality standards and meet performance expectations.

Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and candidates with 03 years of experience can apply.
Positive English communication skills are mandatory.

Rating based salary each month based on performance.
