Job Title: Telecaller – Sales & Customer Conversion

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller for our fashion business. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our offerings, following up on leads, and converting them into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to incoming enquiries.
Contact leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand customer requirements and explain products, services, and…
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Follow up regularly with interested customers to close sales.
Convert leads into confirmed, paying customers.
Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Send confirmation messages and coordinate with the internal team after closing sales.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or BPO Sales preferred.
Positive communication skills in English ,Hindi and kannada
Robust convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and WhatsApp Business.
Ability to work with sales targets and handle rejection positively.

Preferred Experience:
Fashion, retail, e-commerce, or customer acquisition experience.
Experience in lead generation and sales conversion.
