About the Opportunity
Safety Projects Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Store & Logistics In-charge to oversee the productive management of raw materials, consumables, inventory control, and stores operations within a fabrication manufacturing setting. The role is critical to ensuring uninterrupted plant operations through ERP-based inventory management, material traceability, and coordination with production and purchase departments.

Role & Responsibilities
Manage raw material inward and outward activities.
Ensure proper Goods Receipt Note (GRN) management and documentation.
Maintain ERP-based inventory control and stock accuracy.
Implement and monitor batch traceability systems.
Control consumables inventory and usage tracking.
Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained for critical materials.
Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Monitor scrap generation, handling, and reporting.
Control material issue processes as per production requirements.
Implement and maintain FIFO (First In First Out) practices.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Planning departments for material availability.
Maintain stores documentation, inventory records, and audit readiness.
Support continuous improvement in stores and inventory management processes.




Batch traceability and documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field preferred.
5–10 years of experience in Stores & Inventory Management within metal fabrication.
Proven skills in ERP-based stores and inventory management.
Strong knowledge of fabrication raw materials and consumables.
Experience in inventory control, stock management, and batch traceability.
Ability to manage material handling, warehouse coordination, and physical stock verification.
Good coordination and reporting skills.

Preferred
Stability in previous employment.
Practical exposure to fabrication materials and stores operations.
Strong problem-solving and inventory management capability.
Ability to work under pressure.
Hands-on and detail-oriented approach.
