Key Responsibilities: Receive and inspect stock for quality, quantity, and expiry dates. Maintain accurate inventory records of stock received and issued. Ensure proper storage, hygiene, and FIFO/FEFO practices. Issue materials to kitchen and other departments as per approved requests. Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages or discrepancies. Coordinate with vendors, Purchase, and Operations teams. Minimize stock wastage and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass; relevant experience preferred.
Experience in restaurant, hotel, or F&B; stores is an advantage. Basic knowledge of inventory management and MS Excel. Positive organizational skills, attention to detail, and honesty.
