Job Location: Chennai

Experience: 03 years

Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, distributors, builders, and contractors.
Handle customer enquiries regarding the companys TMT steel products.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to develop business relationships.
Explain product details and share relevant information with customers.
Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.




Prepare daily call reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Tamil; basic English communication preferred.
Valuable telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow up effectively.

Educational Qualification
Any Degree.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation are preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Experience in steel, cement, building materials, or other manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
