Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment such as HT/LT panels, transformers, motors, DG sets, control panels, UPS.
Support installation, wiring, and commissioning of current machines/equipment in the manufacturing line
Verify compliance with safety and performance standards before equipment handover
Follow and enforce electrical safety standards to avoid accidents and equipment damage
Ensure all electrical activities comply with statutory regulations, IE Rules, IS codes, and factory norms
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on electrical performance, downtime analysis, and energy consumption.
Work closely with production, mechanical, and utility teams for smooth operations.
Familiarity with energy conservation practices and load management
Solid knowledge of industrial electrical systems in a manufacturing setup
Ability to independently manage teams
