Responsible for managing daily store operations, sales, customer service, inventory, staff performance, and achieving sales targets while ensuring smooth and productive store functioning.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and staff activities.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor stock availability, inventory, and product displays.
Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and visual merchandising.
Train, supervise, and motivate store employees.
Ensure proper stock records and minimize inventory loss.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in garments, sarees, or clothing.
Valuable leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of sales, inventory management, and billing operations.
Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
