Job Summary

We are seeking a Manager of Customer Experience to deliver exceptional customer experiences and assist clients throughout their journey with My True Match. This is a full-time onsite role based in North Bengaluru, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of executives.
Handle customer escalations through the website communication and email
Guide customers through onboarding and service processes.
Explain platform services, assessments, and report timelines.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Collect customer feedback and help improve customer experience.
Build positive relationships with customers and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3–5 years of experience in customer support, customer service / client relations.
Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite workplace.
Experience in matrimony, counseling, relationship services, or wellness industries is a plus.

Work Model Full-time onsite role. Based in North Bengaluru, Karnataka. Cooperative office setting with opportunities to work closely with cross-functional teams.
