We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller cum Recruiter to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls to generate leads or engage customers, while simultaneously managing the end-to-end recruitment process to source and hire top talent. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a keen eye for identifying potential candidates.
Outbound Calling: Make cold and warm calls to prospective clients, customers, or leads from provided databases.
Lead Conversion: Pitch company products/services effectively, handle objections, and convert leads into active opportunities or appointments.
Database Management: Maintain and update accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
Customer Support: Answer inbound queries professionally and provide accurate information about offerings.

Recruitment & Sourcing (50%)
Candidate Sourcing: Find potential candidates using job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri), social media, and professional networks.
Screening & Interviewing:



Conduct initial telephonic screening rounds to assess candidates' communication skills, technical fit, and mindset.
Coordination: Schedule and align shortlisted candidates for final interviews with hiring managers.
Relationship Management: Follow up with candidates throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or HR recruitment.

Experience in a blended role is highly preferred.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.What We Offer
