Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries.
Maintain ledgers, invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
Assist with GST and TDS calculations, documentation, and return preparation.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Verify vendor bills and assist with payment processing.
Maintain records of outstanding payments and receipts.
Prepare basic MIS reports and assist with monthly closing activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.
Support internal and statutory audits.

Skills & Requirements
Positive knowledge of accounting principles and daily accounting operations.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and reconciliations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
ERP experience is preferred
Valuable attention to detail, organizational skills,



and ability to meet deadlines.
