Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A physiotherapy qualification (BPT/MPT) is an added advantage, particularly for candidates managing a physiotherapy department.

Role & responsibilities

Patient and appointment management
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Manage patient registration and follow-up visits.
Coordinate treatment schedules with physiotherapists.
Handle patient queries, feedback, and complaints.

Staff and therapist coordination
Prepare staff rosters and duty schedules.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, and leave.
Coordinate workload and patient allocation.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.





Performance monitoring and reporting
Track patient visits, recent registrations, and repeat visits.
Monitor appointment utilization and cancellations.
Review patient satisfaction and service quality.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile A well-organized healthcare administration skilled with experience in physiotherapy clinic operations, patient coordination, staff management, and billing oversight, capable of ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience.
