Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end civil construction and execution of the high-rise residential project.
Plan and monitor construction schedules, milestones and site progress.
Supervise RCC structural work, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing activities.
Coordinate with MEP consultants, architects, structural consultants, contractors and vendors.
Ensure construction quality, safety standards and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor BOQ, material consumption, contractor billing, project costs and wastage.
Manage manpower deployment, subcontractors and site productivity.
Prepare progress reports and update senior management on project status, risks and delays.
Ensure timely completion of construction milestones while maintaining quality and budget discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 10 years of relevant civil construction experience.
Proven experience in high-rise residential projects.
Robust knowledge of RCC construction, execution planning, quality control and contractor management.
Ability to independently manage site execution and coordinate multiple teams.
Solid leadership, problem-solving and reporting skills.
