Role & responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and achieve sales targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
Deliver excellent customer service and build robust customer relationships.
Maintain product knowledge of diamond jewellery and lab-grown diamonds.
Monitor sales KPIs, including ATV, UPT, conversion, and revenue.
Ensure visual merchandising, inventory control, and stock accuracy.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and high-value sales.
Prepare sales reports and coordinate with senior management.
