Role & responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements.
Showcase gold, silver, diamond, and other jewellery collections as per customer needs.
Explain product designs, quality, pricing, making charges, and other relevant details.
Handle customer queries and support purchase decisions professionally.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue.
Maintain jewellery displays, product presentation, and showroom cleanliness.
Manage billing, sales records, and customer information accurately.
Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Coordinate with the inventory team to check product availability and stock.
Follow showroom policies and maintain proper handling and security of jewellery.
Preferred candidate profile
15 years of experience in jewellery sales or retail sales, preferably in a jewellery showroom.
Positive communication, customer handling, and convincing skills.
Knowledge of gold, silver, diamond jewellery, purity, designs, and pricing will be preferred.
Presentable personality with a customer-oriented approach.
Basic computer and billing knowledge preferred.
Ability to meet sales targets and work as part of a team.
