Job Responsibilities
Inspect incoming materials and components, including frames, panels, glass, seals, hinges, actuators, and fasteners.
Conduct in-process and final inspections of bus door assemblies against drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
Verify dimensions, fitment, alignment, operation, and finish using appropriate measuring instruments and inspection methods.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, non-conformance reports, and quality records.
Identify defects, investigate root causes, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with production and suppliers.

Required Skills
Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Quality Engineering.
Experience in quality inspection within automotive, bus body, or component manufacturing is preferred.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances and specifications.
Familiarity with measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and height gauges.
