Role & responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire current customers for home loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Visit customers, builders, property dealers and local markets to generate business.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates and required documents.
Collect customer documents and coordinate with the credit and operations teams.
Follow up with customers from application to loan disbursement.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners.
Achieve monthly sales targets and follow company policies.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum qualification as specified for the position; graduation is preferred or required for many Sales Officer/RM vacancies.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Interest in sales, marketing and financial products.
Willingness to travel and perform field sales activities.
Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
Experience in home loan, mortgage loan or financial services sales is an advantage.
