Role & Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and their relatives.
Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and OPD inquiries.
Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
Guide patients to the appropriate doctor, department, or facility.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and other hospital departments.
Maintain patient records, registration forms, and front-desk documentation.
Provide information about hospital services, visiting hours, and procedures.
Handle patient and visitor queries politely and professionally.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital protocols.
Ensure smooth front-desk operations during day and night shifts.
Coordinate with emergency and other departments when required.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate preferred.




Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
Pleasant personality, patience, and a helpful attitude.
Ability to handle patients and their relatives professionally.
Must be flexible to work in both day and night shifts on a rotational basis.
