Experience on Gem portal mandatory Role Summary: Drive sales of worxpertises IT solutions and business services offerings to Government and PSU clients. Manage GeM portal operations, government client relationships, and support the sales head in pipeline building and proposal execution.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and track government/PSU tenders and GeM bid opportunities relevant to worxpertises offerings
Manage end-to-end GeM portal activities: bid submission, catalog updates, order processing, documentation
Coordinate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery) for proposal and quotation preparation
Build and maintain relationships with government department contacts and PSU procurement officers
Track payment cycles,



compliance documentation (EMD, performance bank guarantees, etc.)
Report pipeline status and market intelligence to reporting manager

Essential Requirement
Full time graduate (any discipline)
Prior hands-on experience working on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal bidding, catalog, order processing (non-negotiable)
Fluent English and Hindi (spoken + written)
Self-driven, low supervision needed, strong ownership of tasks
Comfortable with government-sector documentation and process discipline

Positive to Have
Spoken proficiency in a South Indian language (Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam)
Prior exposure to B2G sales, tendering, or public sector procurement
Familiarity with IT/ITES solution selling
