Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective property buyers and investors.
Explain residential and commercial property projects, pricing, location advantages, and investment opportunities.
Generate leads through calling, online property portals, social media, and referrals.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain accurate lead records.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits with potential buyers.
Build strong client relationships and assist customers throughout the sales process.
Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
Coordinate with Team Leaders and the Sales Manager for lead conversion and reporting.
Update daily calling, follow-up, site visit, and sales reports in the company CRM or reporting system.
Ensure transparent communication and provide accurate project information to clients.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Freshers and candidates with 03 years of experience may apply.
Experience in real estate, telesales, field sales, or business development will be an advantage.




Valuable communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to follow up consistently, work towards targets, and maintain professional conduct.
Hindi communication is essential; basic English is preferred.
Candidates should be willing to work from the office and attend property site visits when required.
