Role & responsibilities
Examine, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with general surgical conditions.
Provide outpatient department (OPD), inpatient department (IPD), emergency, and on-call surgical services as per the duty roster.
Perform surgical procedures appropriate to the doctor's qualifications, training, experience, and assigned designation.
Manage pre-operative assessment, surgical planning, informed consent, and post-operative care.
Handle surgical emergencies, including acute abdominal conditions, trauma, gastrointestinal emergencies, and other general surgical cases within the scope of practice.
Coordinate with anaesthesiology, radiology, pathology, critical care, and other relevant departments.
Maintain accurate patient records, case sheets, operative notes, discharge summaries, and follow-up documentation.
Ensure patient safety, infection prevention, surgical site safety, and adherence to established clinical protocols.

Preferred candidate profile

Candistae must have minimum of 2 year experience with MBBS+MS or MBBS+ DNB
