About the Role

Robotics Technologies is looking for agile and results-driven individuals to join our US IT Bench Sales Recruiter. This role starts with a 60-day intensive internship designed to train you in the nuances of the US recruitment market. Upon successful completion of the internship and meeting performance benchmarks, candidates will transition into a Permanent Full-Time Role.

Internship Phase (First 60 Days)
Duration: 60 Days
Stipend: 3k per month (Training Period)

Key Responsibilities
Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse IT positions in the US market.
Sourcing & Screening: Identify top-tier talent through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Evaluation: Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients and candidates to ensure smooth interview scheduling and successful placements.

Work Schedule
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM (Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off

Eligibility Criteria
Gender: Female candidates only.
Education: B.Tech, MBA, BBA, B.Sc, or any Bachelors Degree (Graduated: 2023 or Later).
Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Aptitude: A strong interest in HR, recruitment, and the US staffing industry.
