Role & responsibilities
Identify suitable tenders through government portals, GeM, e-procurement platforms, and other relevant sources.
Study tender documents, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, commercial terms, and submission requirements.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within stipulated deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, manufacturers, and suppliers to obtain quotations, technical data, certificates, and supporting documents.
Prepare tender documentation, compliance statements, price bids, declarations, and other mandatory submissions.
Manage EMD, tender fees, bid security, performance guarantees, and related documentation, as applicable.
Track tender status, participate in pre-bid meetings, respond to clarifications, and coordinate post-submission follow-ups.
Handle export enquiries, prepare quotations and proforma invoices, and coordinate export documentation, shipping, logistics, and customer communication, as required.
Maintain an organised database of tenders, quotations, submissions, results, and customer correspondence.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all assigned activities.





Preferred candidate profile
Relevant experience in tender management, e-procurement, government tenders, export documentation, or commercial coordination.
Good understanding of tender procedures, bid documentation, and commercial terms.
Technical knowledge of electrical and electronic products, industrial automation, control and instrumentation products, or related engineering products will be an advantage.
Familiarity with GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals, and export procedures is desirable.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and robust follow-up capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and online tendering platforms.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and coordinate effectively with different stakeholders.
