Job Summary: We are looking for a Workday Developer / Workday Integration Consultant with 5 years of experience in Workday HCM and integrations. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Workday reporting, security, business processes, integrations, and Workday Extend development.Required Skills:
5 years of hands-on experience in Workday Development
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM
Expertise in Workday Security
Experience with Business Process Configuration
Strong understanding of Calculated Fields
Hands-on experience in Advanced Reporting
Experience with Workday Extend
Knowledge of Prism Analytics (Preferred)
Design and development of Inbound & Outbound Integrations
Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Web Services
Understanding of SSO, OAuth, SAML, and Identity & Access Management
Exposure to Middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
Develop and support Workday integrations and custom solutions.
Configure and maintain Workday security and business processes.
Create advanced reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
Develop applications using Workday Extend.
Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration and reporting issues.
Ensure compliance with security and identity management standards.
Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
