Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering qualified growth.
Conduct regular assessments of project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Technical managers often have a deep understanding of the technology they work with, allowing them to provide technical direction and guidance to the team.
Problem-Solving:
Technical managers are responsible for identifying and resolving technical challenges that arise during projects, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
