Product Research, Development & Technical Design Manager
Research North American market trends, consumer needs, and competitor products to identify recent product prospects.
Develop creative product concepts, sketches, and functional designs for bags, backpacks, luggage, outdoor gear, and related products.
Create production-ready technical packs (Tech Packs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), specifications, and construction details.
Research and select suitable materials, fabrics, hardware, trims, zippers, webbing, and other components.
Collaborate with Indian manufacturers, factories, pattern makers, and sample rooms to develop and refine prototypes.
Review samples, test functionality and durability, identify design or manufacturing issues, and recommend improvements.
Ensure designs balance creativity, functionality, durability, cost, and manufacturing feasibility.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chandigarh, Chandigarh
