Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding PW courses, batches, and academic programs.
Drive enrollments through inbound and outbound calls, regular follow-ups, and personalized counselling.
Understand students academic backgrounds, learning needs, and career goals to recommend suitable courses.
Explain course structures, features, perks, fees, and learning outcomes clearly.
Handle student and parent queries, objections, and concerns effectively to improve lead conversions.
Maintain accurate lead details, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly counselling and enrollment targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.




Stay updated on relevant exam patterns, syllabus changes, PW courses, and competitor offerings.

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline.
Robust verbal communication skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in calling, counselling, telecalling, sales, or a similar customer-facing role
Prior experience in EdTech, student counselling, or educational sales will be an added advantage.
Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-volume calling workplace
Willingness to work from home with a stable internet connection and a functional laptop.
