JD Responsibilities
Manage core HR processes including employee data maintenance, organizational structure changes, and HR transactions.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies through regular audits and reporting.
Support HR operations by configuring Workday HCM modules to reflect business requirements.
Generate HR analytics and reports for workforce planning and diversity initiatives.
Collaborate with HR business partners to implement process improvements and system enhancements.
Provide end-user support and training for HR employees and managers on Workday functionality.
Maintain data integrity by performing regular data validation and reconciliation activities.
Assist in HRIS strategy development and roadmap planning for future Workday releases.
