About the Role You will lead Taggd’s centralised Non-IT Sourcing Center of Excellence (COE), supporting frontend recruiters deployed at customer locations. The role is about building solid talent pipelines across Non-IT functions and making sure the COE and customer-facing teams work together seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a centralised sourcing COE based in Gurugram
Lead and manage the Non-IT sourcing team
Partner closely with frontend recruiters at client locations to support active hiring mandates
Drive sourcing for Non-IT roles across Sales, Operations, Engineering, Automobile, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and Corporate Functions
Use job portals, internal databases, referrals and market mapping for proactive sourcing
Ensure robust pipeline quality, speed and conversion ratios
Coach and upskill sourcing recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques
Track sourcing metrics and drive continuous improvement and best practices
What We’re Looking For
8+ years in Non-IT sourcing or talent acquisition, preferably from a contingent or consulting background
Experience managing centralised sourcing teams or COEs (preferred)
Strong understanding of Non-IT talent markets and sourcing strategies
Hands-on experience with job portals (e.g., Naukri), ATS and internal databases
Robust stakeholder management and team leadership skills
Graduate in any discipline
