At Pace Switchgears Pvt. Ltd. , we have been delivering CPRI type-tested, IEC 61439-compliant Low Voltage Power Distribution solutions for over two decades. As we expand our tender and engineering pipeline, we are looking for a enthusiastic Tender & Marketing Executive to join our team in Bengaluru!

If you have a strong electrical background, love analyzing single line diagrams, and want to build a career at the intersection of technical estimation and client-facing business growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Review & Estimations: Analyze Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and client specifications to prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) and commercial e stimates.Tende- r Management: Comp ile, format, and prepare complete tender documentation and bids.

Client Engagement: Attend client/consultant meetings to present technical proposals and clarify commercial queries.
Vendor & Inquiry Follow-ups:



Coordinate with switchgear vendors for component pricing and manage incoming inquiry pipelines.

What We Are Looking For:
Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Eng

ineering. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in LT switchgear/panel manufacturing preferred — Freshers with robust foundational knowledge are highly welcome to apply!Technical
Skills: Ability to read and interpret SLDs, proficiency in MS Excel, and basic understanding of pricing/estimations.

Soft Skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills with a proactive attitude. Role Details:
