Role & responsibilities
Contact customers regarding overdue loan payments and outstanding dues.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayment.
Explain repayment options and assist customers with payment-related queries.
Maintain accurate records of recovery calls, customer interactions, and payment commitments.
Coordinate with the recovery team to achieve collection targets.
Follow company policies, RBI guidelines, and fair recovery practices.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
Experience in banking, NBFC, or loan recovery will be preferred.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally and achieve collection targets.
