Role & responsibilities
Teach CBSE/Matric for assigned classes.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
Teach History, Geography, Civics, Economics, and related topics as per the syllabus.
Prepare students effectively for CBSE/State Board examinations.
Conduct regular tests and evaluate student performance.
Provide additional academic support to slow learners.
Use smart classrooms, digital resources, maps, models, and activity-based teaching methods.
Develop students' critical thinking, analytical, communication, and general awareness skills.
Maintain accurate attendance, marks, lesson records, and student progress reports.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, school events, and academic activities.




Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning setting.
Work with the academic team to improve student learning outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Social Science or relevant subject.
B.Ed. is mandatory.
Minimum 25 years of teaching experience preferred.
Robust knowledge of the Social Science curriculum.
Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
Good knowledge of digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology.
Student-centred approach with robust interpersonal skills.
Preference will be given to Tamil Nadu candidates.
