Job Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships through phone calls and virtual communication.
Explain banking products and services to customers.
Generate leads and achieve sales targets.
Cross-sell banking products, loans, insurance, and other financial services.
Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
Maintain customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Follow banking policies and compliance procedures.
Required Skills:
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
Robust customer service and relationship management skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
