Job Role : Payroll Specialist

Location : Pune

Shift : 6 PM to 3:30 AM (IST)

Job Title – R2R Payroll Accountant
We are seeking a skilled payroll specialist who is responsible for performing payroll accounting for internation payroll (US) in timely and accurate manner for our business partners (preferably for US client).

Experience :
With experience of 4 to 6 years in payroll, finance, or accounting role, preferably within Travel Transportation & Hospitality sector.

Job Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Master’s degree or professional certifications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing & GL Accounting:
Manually Process International Payroll for Biweekly, Semi Monthly, and Monthly.
To handle multiple countries Payroll activities (Input to Payroll, Submission to vendor, Validation of calculations for sign off)
Validating accounting checks and GL accounts for each Department




Prepare and post accrual and actual expense journal entry based on chart of accounts
Strong accounting knowledge

Payroll Administration:
Perform Adhoc Administrative tasks, e.g. responding to emails, running reports.
Responding to emails, Act as query support to employees

Technical Skills:
Prior hands-on experience of SAP ERP.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be adaptable, multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing workplace
Proactive and results oriented

Must Have:
Bachelor’s in commerce & accounting
Robust accounting skills
HRO – US Employee Data Management
HRO – US Payroll Processing in SAP

Good to have:
SAP Expertise.
Master’s degree in finance
HRO – US Post Payroll Activities
