Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers.




Negotiate salary expectations, manage offers, and support candidates through joining.
Ensure timely closures against hiring requirements.
Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in technical or IT recruitment.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and resume screening.
Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
Valuable communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
Experience hiring software developers, QA testers, technical trainers, or other IT professionals.
Familiarity with recruitment trackers, ATS tools, and hiring metrics.
Immediate joiners preferred.
