Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the complete US medical billing and revenue cycle process from charge entry to final payment
Handle charge entry and payment posting accurately and within defined timelines
Perform AR follow-up with payers to ensure timely claim resolution and reduce outstanding receivables
Manage denial management by analyzing claim denials, identifying root causes and driving permanent resolutions
Prepare and submit appeals and corrected claims, and work toward reducing denial rates
Handle client queries professionally through calls and emails, ensuring explicit and timely communication
Monitor team productivity, quality and turnaround time (TAT) against client SLAs and targets
Guide, coach and support team members, and help resolve their process-related queries
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and collections
Ensure compliance with client guidelines, HIPAA regulations and payer requirements
Manage escalations and resolve complex billing issues with ownership and urgency




Prepare and share regular performance, AR and denial trend reports with management and clients

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in US Medical Billing / RCM
Solid hands-on knowledge of the complete claim lifecycle (charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, denials and appeals)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Mandatory: prior experience in client handling through calls and emails
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Valuable understanding of payer rules, EOB/ERA, CPT/ICD/modifier basics and denial codes (CARC/RARC)
Working knowledge of billing software / PM systems (e.g., Kareo, AdvancedMD, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks) is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

Candidate Requirements
Must be currently residing in Trichy
Willing to work from office in a mid-shift schedule.
